The ACEM Fleece, built for cold weather layering, has been made in partnership with our outerwear factory to dial in performance, comfort, and the small details that matter in cold weather.
This brand-new style for FW25 is based on a fleece we used on canoe trips in our younger days. The ACEM fleece is constructed with unique shoulder cut lines that give it a distinct silhouette and improved mobility for any outdoor activity you choose.
The body fabric is a mid-weight 275 GSM polyester fleece that is double-sided brushed for warmth and softness. The fleece quality can be washed and worn and will resist pilling while keeping its soft handfeel. It is substantial enough to serve as your everyday outer layer on clear winter days, and it also slides naturally under a shell when temperatures really drop. All zippers are reverse-coil YKK with antique silver heads, and contrast black tape has been used on both colorways. The easy-access, mesh-backed chest pocket features reflective fiber-woven pulls to help increase visibility during low-light commutes or evening runs. Every pocket has a zipper closure and is backed with heavy-duty mesh.
Elastic-bound cuffs hold their shape and retain stretch over time, and the hem is finished with a shock-cord and cord-lock system for cinching when temperatures drop. Center-back neck branding is tonal, keeping the look minimal while remaining true to Adsum’s design language. The main body fleece fabric dries quickly and holds warmth, making the ACEM a dependable layer whether you’re running winter errands, walking the dog, or staying active outdoors in colder conditions.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns Policy
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any in-season items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in re-saleable condition, with all original labels and hang tags attached. Refunds exclude all shipping costs and will be charged a $5 USD restocking fee.
*EXCEPTIONS: All Sale/Discounted, Archive, Collaboration products, and Socks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Processing Returns
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved as saleable, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Cancelling Orders
Once an order is placed, we do not have the ability to cancel it. Please review your order carefully before confirming purchase.

DDP - Delivered Duty Paid - All duties and taxes are paid upfront to avoid any delays or additional charges.
DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid - Duties & Taxes are not paid upfront. We are not responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you. Due to the customs process delivery times are estimates and may take longer than stated.
Adsum ships all over the world. To put your mind at ease, we provide all packages with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. All delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your parcel has been collected. This email will also contain your tracking number.
Can I change my delivery address?
Provided the item has not been collected, we will do our best to update your preferred address, but we cannot guarantee. Please email info@adsumnyc.com as soon as possible. Once the item is shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Can I have my order delivered to an address different to my billing address?
Yes, you can select a separate delivery address from your billing address at the checkout. If you are shopping with us for the first time, we reserve the right to ship your first order to your billing address (rather than an alternative shipping address).
Do I have to pay for my return?
Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us and a $5 USD restocking fee.
When will I receive my refund?
We process all returns within 3-5 working days of receiving them. We will send you a refund notification email to confirm that we have refunded your card. Please note: that refunds can take up to 10 days to credit on your account statement, depending on your card issuer, which is beyond our control.
How long will it take to send out my exchange items?
We aim to process all returns within 3-5 working days of receiving them, although it can take longer during busy periods such as holidays and sale.
Will I be charged tax or duty on my replacement item?
We mark all replacement shipments as ‘exchange’ or ‘replacement’ with ‘no commercial value’, on the basis taxes would have been paid on the original order. In the unlikely event the your local authorities request taxes on the replacement item, we recommend that you dispute these charges with them directly.
