The Adsum Workshirt has remained the same since our first season. We created a casual shirt that gets away from single pocket button down shirts. Take it away on a weekend. Layer it up. Beat it up. It’s a little rougher around the edges than our regular oxford button downs.
Dark Plaid
Constructed of heavyweight Japanese oxford cloth, it breaks in over time with wear. There is no brushing on either side of the fabric which gives it a sturdy, crisp handfeel that is similar to a workwear canvas.
Flannel Fuzz
Constructed of a single side brush organic twill. We put the heavy brush side on the exterior of the Flannel Fuzz Workshirt. Its got a crisp, fuzzy, fleecy hand feel. If layered with another piece the brushed face side of the fabric willl create loft between layers of clothing. You’ll be warm.
Brown Wool
Constructed of a high quality wool blend fabric. This is our warmest workshirt of the season. Almost blanket weight wool, you could make a lined peacoat from this fabric. We think its marled brown color makes it unique in a sea of black and blue wool shirts. We piece washed the fabric before cutting and sewing to increase softness and take away any shine.
Shadow Plaid
Constructed of a double side brush shadow plaid flannel. Smaller single yarn dyed patterns that are woven into the fabric create the shadow effect on this particular plaid and forms an optical illusion that makes the plaid smoothly blend together.
