Howdy neighbors. On a recent Fall afternoon in Brooklyn, Jima stopped by the Adsum office to see how the upstart label spends their day. Greenpoint, the neighborhood of Adsum, is a mix of old Polish spots and newer bars & restaurants; it’s cool but in a sleepy, understated way. A perfect home for a label that works hard to create a laidback look. What follows is a snapshot of the day in the life of the Adsum team—a game of catch to start the day, fabric meetings in the studio (a former pencil factory from the 1920s), a walk to the local grocery store, and moms homemade jam.
