The first time we met Kazuki was at the Adidas head office in Tokyo. It was a life changing experience seeing the inner workings of one the world's most beloved brands; not to mention one of our all time favorites. Kazuki shares a lot of our passions - he’s a backcountry snowboarder and has a band called Is and Ism. As a designer Kazuki has worked with Fragment, BAPE, CASH CA and Adidas just to name a few. He is now focusing on his new brand The Fourness which embodies the same values that are important to us at Adsum. Subtle details, quality construction and unique fabrics are what makes The Fourness one of our favorite new brands created by a friend who we think is one of the best clothing designers in the world.

What's something you wish you invented?
I wish I made Joy Division's "Unknown Pleasures".
What do you love about what you do?
I like designing clothes or thinking about it.
What do you hate about what you do?
Anything wasteful, pointless and needless.
